IDENTIFICATION OF THE SUPPLIER
The goods and services of these general conditions are offered for sale by CUTTALO SRL with registered office in VIA PARITARO 81, 74023 Grottaglie TA and operational headquarters in SP 117 – 74022 Fragagnano TA, registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Taranto in the Business Register, VAT number 03242390734 hereinafter referred to as the “Company”.
These terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the sale of the products offered by Cuttalo SRL (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) through the mystampo.com website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”). The Company is a company with registered office in via Paritaro, 81, 74023 Grottaglie, TA – ITALY and operational headquarters in SP117 ZI, 74022 Fragagnano, TA – ITALY.
The Company sells customized stamps on customer files, inks and other accessory materials to customers in Europe and non-European countries. All product descriptions are provided on the Site and are subject to change without notice.
Prices and availability
The prices of the products are indicated on the Site and can be modified at any time without notice. Product availability is subject to change and the Company does not guarantee that a product will always be available for purchase.
Orders can be placed on the Site or by email at [email protected]. The Company reserves the right to accept or refuse any order. Once the order has been accepted, the Company will send an order confirmation with details of the products ordered and the total price.
Payment can be made by bank transfer, PayPal or credit card through the Stripe platform. All prices are indicated in Euros and exclude VAT, if applicable.
Delivery of personalized products will take place within 5-7 working days from the order confirmation date. Delivery will be made by express courier. The Company will not be responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors.
Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. The return must be made at the customer’s expense. Once the Company has received the returned product and verified that it meets the requirements of the right of withdrawal, a refund of the price paid for the product will be made.
All products sold by the Company are covered by a 12-month quality guarantee from the date of delivery. In the event of a defective or damaged product, the customer can request a replacement or a refund of the price paid.
The Company will not be responsible for any damage caused during the transport of the products. Furthermore, the Company will not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the products during their use.
Duties and Taxes
Some customers from certain countries may be subject to duties and taxes on products purchased from the Company. The customer is responsible for paying such duties and taxes.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute that may arise in relation to these Terms will be resolved by a competent Italian court.
Changes to the Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time and without notice. The changes will be effective from the date of publication on the Site.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the customer and supersede any other representations, warranties or agreements, oral or written between the parties.
Validity of the clauses
If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid or ineffective, that provision will be deemed severable from the other provisions and will not affect the validity and effectiveness of the remaining provisions.”
